KAWASAKI KLR650

The KLR650 is a long-time classic when it comes down to big dual sport bikes. Its water-cooled 650cc engine develops an impressive torque throughout the full rev-speed. Ideal for real big guys, or for couples traveling with a decent amount of luggage (optional side-panniers and hard top-cases are available). The wide and comfortable saddle in combination with the huge gas tank makes it the perfect long-distance traveler. While still good for dirt-roads and easy gravel trails - and always being equipped with good dual sport-tires - it is NOT the sort of bike that you want to ride on the local MX-track or on technically demanding single-trails. Due to its size and weight, riders should be fairly tall and count with a decent amount of riding experience.
